Jahia at Efficy CRM Day 2026 in Paris

On June 9, 2026, Efficy will host its CRM Day in Paris, bringing together nearly 300 professionals from customer experience, digital transformation, and IT.

In a context where AI is rapidly being adopted across organizations and where sovereignty concerns are becoming critical, one thing is clear: many companies have accelerated their transformation without fully controlling its impact.

In many organizations, customer portals present very real challenges.

Over time, architectures have become increasingly complex due to evolving use cases and the accumulation of technical layers. Changes take longer and cost more, while business teams have less flexibility to adapt user journeys. At the same time, data is still not being fully leveraged.

A workshop to address these challenges in a practical way

As part of Efficy CRM Day, Jahia will host the workshop “Transforming your customer portals into value drivers, beyond simple service” from 3:25 PM to 4:00 PM.

During this 35-minute session, the objective is simple: start from real-life situations, share field experience, and engage with participants to provide concrete answers to their challenges.

We will explore the common causes of complexity in customer portals, the most frequent bottlenecks on both the IT and business sides, and the levers to simplify and evolve these platforms.

The workshop will also look at how customer portals, often limited to a service role, can become true drivers of value creation through better use of data, personalized experiences, increased engagement, customer retention, and upsell opportunities.
