How Netsmart built a user-friendly, fully integrated Customer Engagement Portal

  • Netsmart’s legacy apps, proprietary apps, and other software were integrated into the Portal to offer a unified experience to end-users.
  • With Jahia, they now have access to a user-friendly, easy-to-use and flexible solution.
  • The platform is also PCI and ISO 27001 compliant, meaning that certification, compliance, and security management costs are already included in the Jahia Cloud subscription. This lowers TCO and lowers risk.
