Objectives
Arkema's ambition was to modernize its digital infrastructure to meet the challenges of a complex international organization. These included operational efficiency in content management (particularly multilingual), agility in launching new sites, user satisfaction and commercial visibility.
In particular, the group was looking to :
- centralize content management, while offering local entities autonomy adapted to their specific needs;
- improve the quality and reliability of product data via a high-performance, automated PIM;
- enhance the user experience on its websites by offering advanced tools such as a Product Finder and a B2B customer portal.
