sawtooth pattern if memory (Heam) Usage..

by  rvt »  2012/03/07 16:19

Hello,

This isn't a big issue for us, but I was wondering why Jahia would allocate memory even when Jahia is not serving pages.

The GC seems to do it's wotk just fine, no issue there... Just wondering

    Hello Ries,

We have a few regular background jobs in Jahia, notably one that analyzes log outputs and stores them in a database for building the content history UI. This (and other background jobs) probably explain the memory consumption you are seeing.

    Best regards,

      Serge Huber.
