Documentation around writing cnd files

by  nkumar »  2011/06/07 18:01

Hi
Is there any document to explain details behing .cnd content definition files? I want to understand things like nt, jnt, mix, jmix etc.

Do I have to refer to the JCR spec to understand how to write cnd files for Jahia 6.5/JackRabbit?

Thanks
Nitin

Our Jahia 6.5 CND files are 100% compatible with the specification, but we have added some extensions that make it possible to declare translated nodes, initializers, selectors and so forth.

We are working on comprehensive documentation for the final release, but in the meantime you can check the documents available on the beta website, and I recommend looking at the examples that will help you understand how to achieve things.

    Best regards,
    Serge Huber.
