    Hello,

have you checked if you have any errors in the log files (tomcat/logs/catalina.out or tomcat/logs/catalina.*.log or localhost.*.log)?

We also have jahia.log in the same folder.

    Kind regards

    Sergiy

After checking logs, not much more information :

SEVERE: The web application [] created a ThreadLocal with key of type [com.sun.xml.bind.v2.runtime.Coordinator$1] (value [com.sun.xml.bind.v2.runtime.Coordinator$1@6fe81bb3]) and a value of type [com.sun.xml.bind.v2.runtime.Coordinator[]] (value [[Lcom.sun.xml.bind.v2.runtime.Coordinator;@6f72be2a]) but failed to remove it when the web application was stopped. This is very likely to create a memory leak.

There should be definitely something else :-)

Could you, please, find a way to ZIP the log files in your tomcat/logs folder and provide them?

    Kind regards
