I have an installation of Jahia 6 Community Edition in Spanish, but some words are in English (login section for example) is there a way to translate these sections?

thank you in advance

    Hello, yes you can easily translate words that are not translated in the Community Edition. I don't know if you're talking about the login form wich is in the web-templates or the application default login (when you call the domain/cms/administration/ url)

    The translations of /1 (admin center, engines, admin bars) are stored in resource bundle files located in

    \webapps\ROOT\WEB-INF\classes\
    this are simple txt files
    look at the files prefixed with _es.properties

    If the non translated terms are located in the templates (web templates for instance) then you can create a Web_templates_es.properties file in the resources folder of your template set

    \webapps\ROOT\templates\web_templates\resources\

    the easiest way is to duplicate an existing file (web_templates.properties) for instance, rename it, then edit it.

    Each translation is a simple line of text with the key (don't change them) = the value translated

    ex:
    page = pagina
    admin = administrator
    etc.
