Issue with Timestamp datatype

by  rmarquez »  2011/06/07 18:31

Hi folks,

I have the following problem: retrieve a Timestamp datatype in a query and I need to set it to a JahiaField, but the setValue () only accepts string values, so I'm parsing it as follows

[code:2fx4uzwf]
JahiaField someField = container/1
[/code:2fx4uzwf]

The data is stored in the jahiaField, but It's not displayed on the page.

Has Someone had a similar problem?, if so could you help me ?

Regards,

Rafael M?rquez

    Hello Rafael,

the value of date fields is stored in the database in milliseconds (to be independent of any formatting).

In your case the following should work:
    [code:nmtyo9kg]
    JahiaField someField = container/1
    [/code:nmtyo9kg]

    Kind regards
    Sergiy
