Job Title Inside Sales Representative
Reporting To Commercial Operations Director
Position Full-Time
Location Paris, France
What you will be doing
  • Be fluent in English, both verbally and written
  • Primarily focus on France and the United Kingdom
  • Manage the leads coming through our website, proactively using any tools to qualify/validate the lead and then to allocate the lead to a seller in a timely manner
  • Help to track / follow-up on leads coming through Trade Shows
  • Use social media, web searches, telephone, email and any other tools, to generate target lists for the sales representatives to action and turn into opportunities
  • Help with the booking of training for our Partners
  • Support our Sales Team in reviewing previous contracts and preparing new quotes
  • Work on campaigns (email/call) to pitch Jahia to generate opportunites
  • Benchmark against our competition & also industry verticals
  • Any other projects
What you need for this position
  • Educated to degree level
  • 6 months + experience in Sales Admin/Sales Support role would be an advantage
  • Strong team player as well as a proactive individual contributor
  • Ability to grasp basic technical concepts
  • Desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Any previous knowledge or experience of CRM or Digital tools would be an advantage
