Jahia, a leader in digital experience management, today announced the appointment of software industry veteran Kevin Cochrane to the new position of Chief Marketing Officer. Cochrane’s responsibilities will include development of the company’s worldwide marketing strategies to drive Jahia’s ‘Digital Agility Now’ vision for customers and accelerate Jahia’s global expansion in North America and EMEA with its pioneering Digital Experience Management (DXM) platform, DX7.

With a 22-year track record in executive-level product and marketing positions in content management and digital marketing industries, Cochrane brings a wealth of industry-specific experience to Jahia. Previously, he served as CMO at enterprise information management vendor OpenText, VP of Enterprise Marketing at Adobe, as well as CMO of Web Experience Management (WEM) pioneer Day Software. Cochrane began his career as the third employee at Interwoven, where he was part of the core team that invented Interwoven TeamSite and OpenDeploy and the Web Content Management (WCM) industry. He then led their product and marketing strategy for a decade.
