Elie co-founded Jahia Solutions Group SA, after having started Jahia’s French operations in 2002 and is acting as President of the Board and CEO.
A seasoned software entrepreneur (18 years of experience), Elie founded his first company - Voice, a software company - at age 22 in 1996 with Thomas Draier, pioneering easy-to-use web application development with Vivendi Group as their first customer. In 1999, Voice merged with the company of the former President EMEA of Cisco in order to create a global software provider, Reef Internetware. Working closely with the CEO, Elie was the General Manager for Reef France, the first country in term of sales (over-achieving sales objectives 7 quarters in a row), and built the first U.S. sales team in San Francisco. Consequently, Elie lead the Europe Presales organization, developing and supporting the company's Partners network. Reef successfully raised 85 million euros in 2001 from international venture capitalist (Goldman Sachs, 3i, Viventures). Reef Internetware IP was acquired by Mediasurface in 2002.
Elie has a Master of Business & Tax Law from the University of Paris 2 (Panthéon - Assas), holds a Masters Degree in Contract Law, Major in IT Contract from the University of Paris 5 (René Descartes) and is a graduate from the Business Law Institute (IDA) of the University of Paris 2 (Panthéon – Assas).
Wassim Sacre - Invus
Wassim is a Managing Director at Invus. He focuses primarily on private equity investments in Europe in a variety of sectors including technology, industrials, and consumer goods and services.
Wassim also leads our Public Equity group in Europe, with responsibilities encompassing portfolio management and stock picking in a variety of sectors including capital goods, industrials, consumer, software and IT services. Prior to joining Invus in 2006, Wassim was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs. Previously, he was a management consultant with Booz & Company. He has been a board member of Jahia since February 2015.
Wassim holds an MBA from INSEAD. He is also a graduate of the ESSEC Business School in Paris and holds an MS in engineering from the University of Saint Joseph in Lebanon.
Mario Kaloustian - Invus
Mario is a Managing Director at Invus based in the Paris office and focuses on investments in private companies.
Prior to joining Invus in 2008, Mario spent five years in the France Telecom group managing international wireless projects and five years in management consulting, in particular with Booz & Company, leading strategic engagements in a variety of countries and industries. He has been a board member of Jahia since February 2015.
Mario holds an MS in engineering from Telecom ParisTech and an MBA from INSEAD.
