Product Delivery Manager Paris, Toronto - Start date immediately

We are currently seeking for a  Product Delivery Manager to help lead our product initiatives.

Reporting to the SVP Product Development, you will work on leading projects, ensuring predictable, consistent, and successful delivery. You will work with a cross-functional team to deliver on the product roadmap and create highly engaging products.

What You Will Be Doing

You will work in a fast-paced Agile development environment and be accountable for the delivery of your team. You will:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team and make sure the team collaborates, communicates and focuses on what is most important
  • Work with the Product Manager to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories
  • Prioritise the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
  • Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality
  • Oversee implementations and regularly communicate progress to the product management team
  • Oversee the daily progress of the project with regard to time, scope, and quality
  • Proactively resolve project issues to mitigate delays and to reduce the impact on timelines
  • Actively participate in our delivery manager community, sharing knowledge, tools and practices
  • Conduct post implementation reviews to identify areas of improvement and apply learning

What You Need for this Position

  • Diploma in computer science, computer engineering or a related field
  • 3+ years experience working with product management, engineering, and external parties to design and develop technology solutions
  • 3+ years experience of leading a team of at least 4-5 persons
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of Java
  • Experience in release management and QA management is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (English), with an ability to clearly express technical concepts
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams in remote and international locations
