  • Jahia Solutions Group does not provide any exclusivity to its partners. Our  teams are always available to provide support to partners when needed on a project based on our technologies.
  • When several partners bid for Jahia, we adopt a completely neutral stand: if a demonstration is needed, it will be made in front of the end customer only. Thus Jahia Solutions Group does not favor a partner over another.
  • All partners will enjoy same discount and pricing policy from Jahia Solutions Group.
  • When only one partner bids for Jahia technologies, our support becomes “de facto” exclusive since our teams will join the effort to win the targeted account.
  • Demonstrating the product and participating to the final bid are part of the value –added services proposed by Jahia in such a setting.

 

  • When a partner brings a business to Jahia that is also brought by other partners, we let everyone know that there are competitive bids.
  • This is the only transversal communication to partners during the indirect sales process.

 

  • Partners certification is based on quality and not subject to payment of a generic annual fee that automatically certifies the partner whatever happen after.
  • Jahia Solutions Group’s main objective is to make its partners win projects based on Jahia Solutions, even more so when bidding for the first time.
  • Access to presales support is free for the first project presented by a partner to the final customer.
  • Testing and development platforms are free and unlimited both for presales/prototyping phases and operational developments.

 

  • Jahia never communicates the existence of a project to our partner network when the project is brought by an identified partner.
  • When several partners offer Jahia for the same project, we keep all information confidential among our partner network.
