Annual Support Program

Similar to any open source program, the Jahia software is delivered on an "as-is" basis.

Jahia Solutions Group provides technical support on the Jahia Server on a commercial basis. The Jahia Technical Support is provided to you by some of the key architects and developers working on a daily basis on the program. On a case by case basis, we also support customers implementation on site or through specific support contract agreement. Do not hesitate to contact us to ask for some custom agreements.

For basic support, you can also use the FREE public Jahia discussion mailing lists by connecting to the www.jahia.net web site.

For Direct Customers or for other Jahia Integrators: Software Support (incidents) and Technical

Assistance (hourly based technical advises) These support programs provide either commercial Jahia support (incidents tickets) and/or either some credits of hours for some hourly based assistance contracts. The technical assistance can be used any time during the year by your IT team for any purposes (some Jahia training sessions, periodical assistance to develop your new set of templates, recommendations regarding some Jahia installation issues, optimization and fine-tuning of some Jahia environnements, custom Jahia developments, etc).
