Notes:

* The Per JVM license only covers one instance of the Jahia server. You can not run several instances of Jahia for example for load-balancing purpose on the same multi-processors server. This will then be considered as two or more Jahia instances.

**Active User = a user that is registered into the Jahia User Management System AND who has write or admin privileges on certain objects of content (= possible switch in edit mode). Passive users who can only login to access restricted and confidential information BUT can not switch in edit mode (not author, validator or administrator) are free of charge. Each Jahia server is delivered with an "Anonymous/Guest" (any non authenticated user = Internet usage), a "Root" and a "Site Administrator" users by default.
User means "Non-Concurrent User". So, every user/author that may login in edit mode in Jahia has to be licensed. No matter whether they use it non-concurrently or concurrently, from home or within the office, on one PC or from different workstations.

Annual Maintenance/Yearly Upgrade Program :  20% of the overall license cost  (servers+modules+users seats).

This Program entitles you to:

  • Install all new patches and bug fixes
  • Install all minor and major upgrades of Jahia during one year
  • Get all the new modules and feature evolutions within your license scope
  • No cost increase - Add additional user seats based on the initial price range of your software license
  • Get updated documentation, installation procedures and notes on new features

It is available three months after the license purchase at the cost of twenty percent (20%) of the license fee and has a one year duration. You can renew maintenance and upgrade subscriptions until the end of the subscription period. The cost of renewing is twenty (20%) of the license fee on the renewal date.

Important:

  1. The Upgrade Program can not be paid through a contribution in kind.
  2. Customers that do not subscribe to the Annual Maintenance will need to buy all their additional seats, upgrades and modules separately at the current Jahia price.
  3. This Program doesn't include any support or technical assistance. Support contract and other professional services are available here. 
  4. Existing Customers: if you already have a Jahia 3.x or 4.x license but you haven't subscribed to the Yearly Upgrade Program, please contact us  directly to know the price of your upgrade.

1) Available Discounts:
 -20% for Non Profit Organizations (e.g.: a public school or any governmental agency).  

2) Load-balanced Jahia or distant server publication environment: Each additional node in the cluster will only require a new Jahia Cluster Edition (+9'990 €).
