Partner Certification
Certifications Principles
- The various Partner levels are defined to guarantee a good level of quality to our final customers. Each team starting a project is certified.
- Certification is not automatic and is updated on a yearly basis by Jahia Solutions Group.
- Certification is free. It relies on the commercial and technical engagement of the Partner and not on the payment of a yearly fee.
Certification Levels
Yearly Criteria Analysis
- Set up of a «Jahia Day»: presentation, targeting Consultants involved in the presales phase (Minimum of 5 consultants, 1er Jahia Day is free). Important: this is mandatory for any certification level.
- Active participation in the presales phase (projects submission) without systematic involvement (such as demonstration) of Jahia Solutions Group.
- Subscription to a yearly Jahia Support Program.
- Criteria are tied to the number of projects won with a positive customer feedback.
- Criteria are tied to attending Jahia Training.
- Stable Jahia Expert Team criteria are tied to the stability (vs. turnover) of the technical team involved in Jahia projects.
- Set up of a «Jahia Day» targeting potential customers and prospects and presented jointly with the Partner.
