Description of the “Enterprise Jahia” Annual subscription
For a Unique Production Environment, the Annual Subscription provides:- Unlimited amount of specific software bug fixes–as posted by the Client
- Access to a private support space
- Ticket assignment and handling as per guaranteed SLA (SLA depends on options chosen among those offered in the subscription)
- Access to intermediary updates (version X.X.X.X) exclusively offered by Jahia Annual Subscription
- Access to support and/or additional tools as per type of option chosen among those offered in the Annual Subscription
- Installation tools configuring the Software to specific environments (development/ production)
- Software provided within the Annual Subscription « Enterprise Jahia » are under the JSEL (Jahia Sustainable Software License), which DOES NOT force code redistribution as GPL v2 does
