Description

The Annual Support provides to the Client the following benefits tailored to the development phase:
  • A defined amount of Technical Assistance hours to support software integration effort to the Client project.
  • Access to a dedicated, private support space
  • Ticket assignment under guaranteed SLA
  • Unlimited software bug fixes for the development phase
  • Installation tool configuring the Software to specific environments (development/ production)
  • Unlimited and free usage rights of « Enterprise Jahia » exclusively restricted to testing and development environments.

Annual Support is designed to provide remote and occasional Technical Assistance during specifications, development and testing phases prior to the release to production of projects based on « Enterprise Jahia ».

This offering is different from Specific Technical Assistance, which provides dedicated expertise from JSG expert, either onsite or offsite, for a predefined duration and for specific deliverables.

Scope

Annual Support has to be linked to a Unique (and identified) Production Environment, even if it isn’t yet live in Production.

During production phase, support is provided through « Enterprise Jahia » Annual subscriptions.

Unique Production Environment is defined as « an instance or a group of instance connected through clustering and/or through remote publishing, and that are not used for test or development purposes »

Specific Technical Assistance

Description

Specific Technical Assistance provides dedicated expertise from Jahia expert(s), either onsite or offsite, for a predefined duration and for specific deliverables.

Specific Technical Assistance can be used for generic or specific Development:
  • When Development is generic, the resulting functionalities will be integrated into a later release of the software and supported through the Enterprise Jahia Annual Subscription and as per its related terms and conditions. When the amount spent on generic development reaches 3 years of Annual Subscription, the usage right becomes perpetual on the related Unique Production Environment.
  • When Development is specific, the resulting functionalities will be supported in a specific way through Technical Assistance hours acquired by the Client through the Enterprise Jahia Annual Subscription.
