In Development Phase
Training Pricing, starting at $1,490
In development phase, it is key for your teams to access the best of our resources to ensure your project success. That is why Jahia provides training curriculums that bring the necessary knowledge transfer early in the project and for development teams.
Jahia also recommends Annual Support: It is a packaged solution that brings all required support during the developement phase. It includes Bug Fix and technical assistance to development.
Annual Support Pricing, starting at $3,490
Jahia offers two Annual Support programs :
- the Silver program that includes 10h Technical assistance
- the Gold program that includes 40h Technical assistance
Their prices starts at $3,490 per year for the Silver program and $12,990 for the Gold program. The Gold pack comes with additional options to meet your organization's needs, please contact us to get more details.

In Production Phase - Enterprise Jahia Subscription
The Enterprise Jahia Annual Subscription
Once the project is in production, the Enterprise Jahia Annual Subscription brings a comprehensive software package (minor and major versions of Enterprise Jahia, patches, unlimited specific bug fixes) and the technical assistance requested by teams in charge of production, upgrades and evolutions.
- Unlimited amount of specific software bug fixes - as posted by the Client
- Access to a private support space
- Ticket assignment and handling as per guaranteed SLA (SLA depends on options chosen among those offered in the subscription)
- Access to intermediary updates (version X.X.X.X) exclusively offered by Jahia Annual Subscription
- Access to support and/or additional tools as per type of option chosen among those offered in the Annual Subscription
- Installation tools configuring the Software to specific environments (development/ production)
- Software provided within the Annual Subscription « Enterprise Jahia » are under the JSEL (Jahia Sustainable Software License), which DOES NOT force code redistribution as GPL v2 does
We offer a 20% discount for Non Profit, Government & International Organizations such as Universities and other Education entities.
Standard Subscription, $4,990

Available for Professional Subscription customers, this connectors offering is available under a modular pricing, depending on your environment and the number of extensions required. Professional Subscription, starting at $12,990
