Benefits for the Partner
Free Access to Presales Support
When a Partner submits a potential project where Jahia's CMS may be a fit, our sales and technical team will support the Partner and identify important technical challenges that are key to success.
This presales phase process follows the following rules:
- The presales phase of any new project is handled by a unique business point of contact within our organization.
- This contact will manage all interactions between Jahia and the Partner’s teams, both from a technical and business standpoint.
- Jahia must be made aware of bids’ deadlines at least 10 days ahead to guarantee the quality of the project answer.
- The Partner must provide, through the unique point of contact defined previously, a detailed report of the identified customers' needs. We expect our Partners to provide as many answers to these needs as their technical knowledge allows. If needed, our teams will complete and review these technical answers when they involve our technologies.
A Well-Balanced Partner Payment Program
A percentage of the Enterprise Jahia subscription sale is allocated to the Partner in exchange of their active role in winning a project based on our technologies.
The Partner margin takes into account where the project comes from (Jahia Solutions Group or the Partner) as well as the type of effort provided by each party in a win-win scenario, where the Partner obtains the entire focus of our sales and technical team to make them successful.
Partner Program Foundations
Confidentiality
- Jahia never communicates the existence of a project to our Partner network when the project is brought by an identified Partner.
- When several Partners offer Jahia for the same project, we keep all information confidential among our Partner network.
Transparency
- When a Partner brings a business to Jahia that is also brought by other Partners, we let everyone know that there are competitive bids.
- This is the only transversal communication to Partners during the indirect sales process.
Impartiality
- Jahia Solutions Group does not provide any exclusivity to its Partners. Our teams are always available to provide support to Partners when on a project based on our technologies.
- When several Partners bid for Jahia, we adopt a completely neutral stand: if a demonstration is needed, it will be made in front of the end customer only. Thus Jahia Solutions Group does not favor one Partner over another.
- All Partners will enjoy same discount and pricing policy from Jahia Solutions Group.
- When only one Partner bids for Jahia technologies, our support becomes “de facto” exclusive since our teams join the effort to win the project.
- Demonstrating the product and participating to the final bid are part of the value –added services proposed by Jahia in such a setting.
Quality
- Partner certification is based on quality and not subject to payment of a generic annual fee that automatically certifies the Partner.
- Jahia Solutions Group’s main objective is to make its Partners win projects based on Jahia Solutions, even more so when bidding for the first time.
- Access to presales support is free for the first project presented by a Partner to the final customer.
- Testing and development platforms are free and unlimited both for presales/prototyping phases and operational developments.
