Facebook Authentication
With the number of Facebook user constantly growing over the years, the Facebook account credentials has become a popular and handy way to register to many other websites. It is much faster for the visitors of a given website to register through their Facebook account and for these websites, providing a Facebook logging option allow them a richer interaction with the user, a better experience and engage them into the social arena. This video shows a Jahia - Facebook module in action, with authentication but also some side feature using the Facebook API through Jahia.
Anti spam filter
Spamming is one of the first problems any public website has to face since the first form has been put online.
The situation is worst nowadays as the trend of socialization obliges companies to offer engagement tools to their visitors and so multiplied the number of spamming entry points :contact forms, forums, comments, evaluation, feedback... every opportunity is exploited and produce a nasty effect on your customers.
Those two videos show how we've easily integrated an online anti-spam filter, the well known Akismet, and ho this module has been developed in details.
