We couldn't find the documentation on how to use the installation script xml to install jahia with the same config to another client.
Did we miss something?

Hello Chris,
do you mean the "silent" installation from an XML file, created by the installer?
You can launch it, using the command:
java -jar Enterprise-Jahia_xCM_v6.6.0.0_r40429.1087.jar <path-to-auto-install.xml>
I've checked the "Configuration and fine tuning Guide Enterprise Jahia v6.6" document and indeed we have no mention of this option (just the description of the consle-based installation).
We will perhaps add a line into the "Configuration and fine tuning Guide Enterprise Jahia v6.6" for the next release.
